The company is an active and private company that is primarily engaged as an investment holding company for a group engaged in the wholesale trade of fruits and vegetables. It was incorporated in 2002. The company with headquarters in Torre-Pacheco, Spain, was established by a joint-venture of United Kingdom-based Group, G's Espana and Spain's Ecologica del Sureste. The company's subsidiary, Pascual Hermanos, is Spain's leading fruit and vegetable supplier and processor. Its principal activity is the production, packaging and distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables which are sold mainly through foreign subsidiaries. Other activities includes distribution of beverages. In Spain, Pascual Hermanos products are sold through Spar Stores as the central distributor.
